 (means a quiet, restful place) one of the oldest beachfront cottages of
Magnetic Island, has been restored to the highest standards for the discerning
visitor. It is extremely quiet, situated on a no-through-road laneway and is
directly opposite 2 kms of sandy beach and Nelly Bay’s fringing coral reefs.
(This is where the phenomenon of Coral Spawning was first observed). |

With polished timber floors throughout, it
comprises one queen-bedroom, open-plan lounge, dining and kitchen and a
bathroom with an original deep claw-foot bath for total and indulgent
soaking.

| From the front verandah, sip champagne and watch
the moon rise over Cleveland Bay, or BBQ at the back and share an acre of bush
garden with our bird and wildlife.
Kareeka is only a 5 minutes stroll around to the Supermarket, cafes and
restaurants and 15 minutes walk to the Nelly Bay Harbour Ferry Terminal. |

High Season for this property is Christmas and Easter, there is no
extra charge but a minimum booking of 4 nights is required.
We suggest that the open nature of this house makes it unsuitable for
